St. Patrick's Day Math Centers

Like a rambunctious little leprechaun, your kiddos will scurry to do these St. Patrick's Day math centers.  From counting sets of objects to double digit addition, these St. Patrick's Day math games will engage and build math skills in kindergarten and first grade. 


To help save you time, I will list the St. Patrick's Day math centers in skill level order.  Each set of St. Patrick's Day math task cards comes with a printable record sheet. The recording sheets have 0-20 number lines as an intervention math tool.  

This St. Patrick's Day math center is excellent for building Counting and Cardinality skills: counting number sets from 1-20. Students count "how many" objects on each task card, and write the number on their recording sheet.

Kindergarten and first grade math common core standards build the students understanding of numbers.  They practice cardinality as they count the objects, remember the total number of objects, then write the number on the math recording sheet.

An interactive St. Patrick's Day tens-frame math center for Kindergarten and 1st grade. St. Patrick's Day is another fun holiday to practice numbers in base ten.

 There are SO many uses with these St. Patrick's Day math center task cards!  You can place them in an independent math center, use as a lesson during guided math instruction, play the SCOOT game, use as a small group intervention, tutor activity, as an assessment, or keep in a folder for your early finishers.
