5 Christmas Poems for Kids

Inspired by my daughter coming home from school, singing Christmas songs till her voice goes hoarse, I've spent the evening bundling these 5 Christmas poems to share with you.

"Christmas Lights" is sung to the tune of Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star; a familiar rhyme which helps the kids recall the words.  This poem is also great for integrating colors and color words.  Let the kids insert their choice of color words, and watch as they become engaged in reading :)

"Where is Santa?" is sung to the tune of frere Jacques.  It is simple, repetitive, and great for expression and fluency!

"Ring the Bells" is great for integrating Polar Express lessons.  Give them a bell, and have them sing this poem for a Christmas program.  The families will love it :)
