1 cup of flour
1 cup of buttermilk (I substituted buttermilk with Almond milk and added a couple tablespoons of cider vinegar)
2 tablespoons of garlic salt
1 cup of red hot or any buffalo sauce of choice
1 tbsp of butter
Preheat oven 450
In large bowl, mix flour, buttermilk, and garlic salt.
Put cauliflower pieces into mix and lightly coat.
Pour into shallow dish and bake for 15 minutes.
In small bowl, mix butter and buffalo sauce.
When done, pull from oven, coat cauliflower with sauce and bake for additional 5-8 minutes!
